SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

1. Prices include:
- the travel by coach and the services as indicated under « INCLUS/INCLUDED », « NON INCLUS/NOT INCLUDED ».
- The VAT.

2. Prices do not include:
among others
- costs for passport, visa, vaccinations and other formalities.
- insurance for cancellation/assistance/luggage
- personal expenses, tips, ...

3. Tips are not compulsary: an occasional gesture is left to your free personal appreciation.

4. Luggage.
Luggage is limited to one suitcase (or bag) of 15 kg per passenger and a small handbag.
The passenger is responsible for the content of his luggage. All luggage will have to be identified by a tag mentionning name and address of the passenger.
Never leave valuables unattended in the coach.
We cannot accept liability in case of loss, theft and/or deterioration of luggage.
We highly recommend you to take an insurance to this effect.

5. Travel formalities.
It is the responsibility of the non-belgian traveller to personally inquire with the competent authorities about required documents for his travel (ID card, valid passport, visa, attestation for vaccination and others). Occasional information given in this respect, is always given as an indication. Children will be accompanied by the head of family or their tutor, or must have a legally confirmed attestation which authorizes them for this travel.

6. Programme.
Informations given by SCENIC TOURS are always originating from the best sources and in good faith. We cannot accept liability for material errors or circumstances which we do not control and decline responsibility for informations of any kind given by third parties.

7. Pick-up.
This service, for free or against payment, is offered only on the basis of place(s) choosen by the client and mentionned on the Booking Order. The traveller is responsible for possible damage and/or costs subsequent to the non-compliance to this agreement.

8. Animals.
For reasons of hygiene, animals cannot be accepted on board.

9. Instalment.
An instalment of 30 % of the total price is to be paid upon signature of the Booking Order.

10. Cancellation by the traveller.
The costs for cancellation will always be fully due.
- till 42 days before departure: 25 €
- from the 41th till 30th day before departure: 10% of the total travel cost.
- from the 29th till 15th day before departure: 50% of the total travel cost.
- from the 14th till the 8th day before departure: 75% of the total travel cost.
- as from 7 days before departure till the day of departure: 100% of the total travel cost.

11. Modification by the traveller.
A modification in respect of the name, services, pick-up place and others might be accepted till 10 days before departure against a modification fee of 12,50 € per file.

12. Cancellation by the Organizer.
Scenic Tours reserves the right to cancel all travel where the minimum required number of participants has not been reached.

13. Juridiction.
All litigation will be submitted to the juridiction of the courts of Dinant.
